(AMD), Voice Mail System (VMS), Real-time Call Recorder and Computer Telephony
Integration (CTI) server as well as enhanced features such as fax-on-demand, web
collaboration, call-conferencing, Voice-over-IP, text-to-speech enabled and SMS
capability. You now need to liase with only one single point of contact and you
have access to so many more features and capabilities at affordable prices.
Built
on highly stable Linux platform, and designed using revolutionary FlashkeyTM technology,
patented PCI Master technology as well as Advanced Specific Integrated Circuit
(ASIC) and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology, ZINGSERV® CCS Series
work with any type of analog phones and PCs, and able to support 8 groups, 8 partiesĄŻ
full duplex call-conferencing that occur simultaneously. On top of that, it is
also a scaleable system designed to serve the evolving needs of contact centers,
regardless of size. A single cabinet system can cater to a capacity of 400 lines.
And because the system is designed to be modular, you can add on cabinets for
bigger capacity, housing as many as 5,000 lines. In addition, it has strong TAPI
support which allows easy integration with any available CRM systems.
